Phase 1:EDUCATION
In our Education focus area, the We Are 1 Movement is revolutionizing learning through our Player 1 Academy. By integrating cutting-edge Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) technologies and harnessing the power of Open AI, we’re making education not only more engaging but also more effective for both youth and adults. Our innovative approach, delivered through Player 1 Academy, transforms traditional learning environments into immersive experiences that captivate the imagination and deepen understanding. This dynamic method has been proven to significantly increase retention rates, ensuring that learners of all ages are better equipped to absorb and apply knowledge in meaningful ways. Phase 2: WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
At A.i. Health, our Workforce Development campus, we are raising the bar for job training and career advancement. By harnessing Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) and Open AI technologies, we provide adults with an immersive, highly effective educational experience. Our innovative approach spans multiple industries—focusing on nursing, as well as trades such as Construction, Advanced Manufacturing, Plumbing, Electrical work, and AgriBusiness—and incorporates AI-specific courses. This holistic strategy significantly boosts retention rates, ensuring learners master the skills they need to excel in today’s rapidly evolving workforce.
Every program integrates VR, AR, and Generative AI to create immersive learning experiences, leading to quicker certificate and degree attainment. Students gain hands-on expertise in the latest AI technologies tailored to their field, propelling them to elite status in their respective industries.
Through our state-of-the-art curriculum, we cut degree and certification times by up to 65%, allowing individuals to enter the workforce faster than ever before. Phase 3: FOOD INSECURITY
In our Food Insecurity focus area, the We Are 1 Movement is dedicated to ensuring that no one in our communities goes hungry. We tackle this issue by providing free grocery resources to underserved areas, making sure everyone has access to nutritious, wholesome food. But our commitment goes further—we’re also securing land to grow our own food, establishing a sustainable farm-to-table system. This approach empowers communities to take control of their food sources, ensuring fresh, locally-grown produce while reducing reliance on external supplies.
By cultivating our own produce, we’re fostering a deeper connection to the land and the food we eat, building resilience and self-sufficiency in our communities. In our Housing focus area, the We Are 1 Movement is transforming the concept of affordable housing by creating our own communities from the ground up. We are acquiring land with a bold vision to build high-end, yet affordable homes that uplift and empower underserved populations. Our approach is about more than just providing shelter; it's about designing vibrant, self-sustaining neighborhoods where families can thrive and flourish.
